As a result of the hot climate and humidity in summer, food spoils quickly. Here are some foods which are good to eat in summer –

Take essentials like a water bottle with a well-insulated cap to keep the water cool or a portable fan to keep you cool. You’ll be able to protect your head from getting exposed to the sun with a cooling umbrella. If you’re going to be outside in the sun, remember to carry a handkerchief to wipe the sweat off your face and hands.
Dress light
When you are in the hot sun, it’s best to wear light, breathable clothes to regulate your body temperature. Rather than wearing heavy clothes, you can choose natural fabrics such as cotton and linen. Furthermore, wearing long-sleeved clothes, hats, and light scarves can protect your skin from UV rays and prevent it from getting exposed to them. Your body can stay relatively warm by wearing light-colored clothes that reflect the sun’s rays. On the other hand, if you wear dark-colored clothes then they will absorb the heat rays making you feel hotter than usual
