After this, sitting in the meditative posture with joy, you are full and full of love. Do not imagine anything at this stage and remain silent even with the surrounding environment. Concentrate on yourself and sit quietly for a while in witnessing. Finally, rub your palms and apply it on your eyes. After some time remove the palms and open the eyes.
